Import timelines onto a channel
PUT/api/v1/library/channels/:channelId/timelines
Creates or updates timelines, their events and the media the events play, all identified by DMRNs from your system, so resending the same payload is idempotent. Events of a timeline that start after the first event sent and are missing from the payload are deleted.
