The media of your library: videos, programmes, clips, any content, music or not. A media carries a name, free-form metadata, workflow statuses and the DMRNs that identify it in your systems. Its files are assets.
To find a media from your own identifier, attach your DMRN once with POST /api/v1/library/media/{id}/references (or pass reference when creating it), then look it up with GET /api/v1/library/media?reference=....

Set workflow statuses of a media
Sets the status values an external workflow reports (subtitling done, rights cleared, published). The library shows each status type as a column and filters by it.
Attach an external reference to a media
Attaches a DMRN from your system to the media, so GET /api/v1/library/media?reference=... finds it. Repeating the request is idempotent. A media may carry several DMRNs, but a DMRN identifies one object only.
