Confirm an uploaded asset
POST/api/v1/library/assets/:id/confirm
Verifies that the file reached the signed upload target and changes the asset from UPLOADING to ONLINE. A confirmed video is queued for video analysis (shots, scenes, technical data), as when it is uploaded in the library. Confirming again is harmless.

Your organisation's plan does not include the library. API (plan_required). It is part of the Enterprise plan and the Public API option.
The token lacks the required permission.
No asset with that id.
The file has not reached the signed upload target yet (asset_not_uploaded).
A subtitle file exceeds 10 MiB once uploaded (subtitle_too_large).
Rate limit exceeded. Retry after the period in the Retry-After header.
Unexpected server error.
